Salary and Benefits

EF English First Xuzhou offers a salary from 12,300 – 17,100RMB – depending on qualifications and experience – per month for teachers. In addition to the monthly salary we offer a range of other benefits:

    • 10,000 RMB Yearly round trip flight allowance (5,000 RMB each way, half paid after six months, half at the end of the year)
    • Up to 3,300 RMB Monthly performance related bonus, awarded during monthly appraisals
    • 2,500 RMB Performance related bonus at the end of the year.
    • 2,500 RMB Bonus for signing another contract.
    • 3,900 RMB Yearly Aetna Health insurance.
    • Paid holidays – 15 days plus 12 days Chinese national holidays.

Offer Bonuses/Incentives for Quick Documentation Hand In:
In order to make the In-Visa-Process shorter and motivate our teachers to hand in documents quickly and arrive on time, we would like to offer Bonuses/Incentives as follows:The bonus based on the below regulation, together with teacher’s first month’s salary:

All the documents submitted in 10 weeks and teacher can be on boarding within 15 working days after getting the work permit notification : RMB 2000
All the documents submitted in 8 weeks and teacher can be on boarding within  15 working days after getting the work permit notification:  RMB 3000
All the documents submitted in 6 weeks and teacher can be on boarding within  15 working days after getting the work  permit notification:  RMB 5000
All the documents submitted in 4 weeks and teacher can be on boarding within  15 working days after getting the work permit notification:  RMB 8000

If  teachers can not be on boarding within 15 working days after getting the work permit notification, 50% of the bonus will be delivered to teachers.
